2011 marks the 37nd year that Joe has been in the real estate business. After graduating from the University of Idaho in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, he returned to Boise, and co-founded Corlett Associates, a predecessor of Mountain States Appraisal & Consulting, Inc..

CATHLEEN D. ROSERA, Agent
Cathy Rosera founded Hammack Management, Inc., in 1979. She holds a CPM® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and has as served property owners and investors using her expertise in property management, financial management, and commercial real estate development.
She has been instrumental in the development and construction of twelve multi-family properties and remains a General Partner in three of those projects. Her experience also includes working with developers on the set up, operation and management of mixed use projects. In addition to real estates sales Cathy also represents clients in performing due diligence inspections.
